We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders
  • No minimum purchase required
  • No hidden handling or service fees

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days from the date of order

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Carrier selection is based on your location and order details to ensure efficient delivery.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

  • Retro Rat is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


8. Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier office
